• I do develop and maintain mechanisms for managing transport assets • In conjunction with the program and support teams I make arrangements for vehicle rental, movement plans assignment and release of vehicles • In conjunction with warehouse, I do ensure the refueling of vehicles\generators • Supervised contractors on site to verify completed work met legal and company requirements. • I do analyze fuel consumption to ensure efficient proper vehicle\fuel use • I also ensure that vehicles are in good condition and that routine maintenance operation are carried out according to established maintenance plans; and that they are equipped with emergency and safety features • I do ensure that the drivers of the vehicles respect IRC protocols regarding transport and movements(filling in documents ,safety rules) • As a fleet manager I do over see the general maintenance activities of the building, generators and utilities • Contributed to creation and implementation of best practice maintenance vision, strategy and policies to improve operational performance. • Followed manufacturers' equipment manuals while doing repairs. • I do ensure that water and electricity installations are functional • I ensure periodic inspections and implementations of any repairs • Ensure that all assets are in good working order • Follow the work done by the day laborers (quality, time sheets) • Reporting • Contribute to internal reports (transport, maintenance) • Ensure the collection of quality data related to the support activities • Ensure regular communication with Supply Chain Manager to integrate priorities in the implementation of support activities and programs • I do prepare files for payment of rental vehicles and submit to finance for payment monthly

I responsible for managing assets and stocks to ensure the proper implementation of supply activities on the Base • I receive documents in accordance with the organizations procedures and the mechanisms and put in place • I do validate the quality of goods and services on behalf of the of the requestor within the framework of the deliveries with reference to the sample given by requestor to the supplier and validated by the requestor • I do checks for for the expiration dates during deliveries with the requestor for perishable products such as medicines and foodstuffs • I do ensure that delivered goods meet quality standards and respect the organizations ethical purchasing standards • I do perform checks to ensure the conformity of the documents submitted by the suppliers: pro forma, invoice, delivery documents • I perform checks and ensure the compliance of the files and send them to procurement for the preparation of payments by finance • If the reception of goods takes place in the office, I do participate in the reception of the goods with the requestor • I do manage all assets on the base by conducting inventory counts every 2 months and updating asset management registry • I do manage all stocks at the Base warehouse. • Achieved management objectives, consistently hitting deadlines and performance targets.

· Purchase of goods and services • · I do produce purchasing documents and ensure their approval according to IRC procedures-compile a file for any purchase requested and ensure that it is properly filed in accordance with IRC Logistics manual. • · Establish and update the purchasing catalog quarterly for each commonly purchased item • · Establish and update a database of IRC vendors-verified, authorized or contracted vendors • · Ensure compliance with delivery deadline agreed with the supplier and transmit the delivery date to the stock for follow-up, in the event of a delay, immediately notify the applicant of the new deadline set. • · Ensure that all purchases made will necessarily be entered at the deposit accompanied by all the documentation required by the IRC procedure. • · Constitute and follow, in collaboration with the warehouses to ensure deliveries scheduled for the purchased equipment. • · I do create payment requests and ensure that the purchase file is complete before submitting them to finance. • · I do monitor and update the procurement plan of all active budgets • · Perform other tasks requested by my supervisor.
