Profil recherché
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in IT and/or executive search recruitment.
- Proven success in managing recruitment processes and delivering results.
- Strong knowledge of IT and/or business industries.
- Mastery of headhunting techniques and advanced recruitment methodologies.
- Highly organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
